Tuition and Policies

Registration Fees

There is a $42 annual registration fee per child, with a maximum per family of $73.50, including tax. This fee helps to defray administrative expenses. Each child with a registration paid in full will receive a free T-shirt. If joining our program after December 31st, registration fees will be prorated appropriately.

Tuition and Priority Dates

Tuition is paid per term. Each term is approximately 9 to 10 weeks. Tuition is due by the Priority Date for each term in order to maintain your child's space in their current class. After classes begin on August 25, 2008, please call the office (375-0063) to find out if space is available in a specific class. The priority dates for the terms are as follows:

Term Priority Date

Term 2 October 13, 2008
Term 3 January 5, 2009
Term 4 March 30, 2009

Make-Ups

We allow student makeups when available. Any makeups need to be scheduled ahead of time. Some class times may not be available due to full enrollment. It would also be helpful if you could notify us when your child will be absent so we can open those times for makeups. No makeups during the last week of the term.

Changing/Dropping Classes

Should you need to change your class time because your child needs to move to the next age class or because of changes in personal schedule, please contact the office.

Once your child is enrolled in a class, that space is theirs until we are otherwise notified. If your child is not returning or needs to switch classes, please fill out a Change/Drop Form at the half way point of the current term (30 days before the next term is to start). We will assume your child is returning each term unless you fill out a change/drop form telling us otherwise, and you will be billed for the following term.

Sometimes, because of enrollment, it is necessary for Tumble Time to drop or add classes within the current schedule. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment.

Refunds

Should it become impossible for your child to complete a term due to prolonged illness or injury, please notify our office immediately. Refunds will be considered effective on the date of notification, and will be issued in the form of a credit applicable to Tumble Time Gymnastics or Magic Tumble Bus activities. Occasional absences are non-refundable and non-transferable. The registration fee cannot be refunded after classes have begun.

Attire

Children should wear clothing that allows freedom of movement. Leotards for girls, and T-shirts and shorts for all are good options. Shoes are not allowed. Bare feet or tumbling shoes are necessary. All jewelry, including watches, should be left with parents. Long hair should be pulled back with soft accessories.

Gym Guidelines

  • Please be on time to deliver and pick up your child. Also, caution your child to wait inside while waiting to be picked up.
  • Please do not bring your child to class if he/she is ill.
  • Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for movement.
  • Please ask your child if he/she needs to use the restroom before class.
  • Gum, food and drinks are not permitted in class.
  • We cannot be responsible for any items that your child leaves. Encourage them to leave toys, etc. in the car. Check for socks, coats, etc. before leaving.

Our waiting room can become a very busy place. Please keep these things in mind:

  • Supervise all children carefully.
  • Have your child clean up any food, toys, crayons, etc. he/she has used, as well as any food crumbs or spilled beverages.
  • Do not let children bang on the windows.
  • Do not allow children to jump or climb on furniture.

Parents may come in the gym with cameras at any time.

Guidelines for Parent Participation Classes

  • Please stay with your child at all times.
  • Please keep your attitude toward your child and the activities they are involved in as positive as possible. Be aware of the "no" word and try to find positive reinforcements for your child.
  • Your teacher will not interfere with parents when they choose to discipline their child. However, please keep in mind that we want your child's time with us to be a fun and positive experience.
