Tuition and Policies
The Magic Tumble Bus provides several tuition plans as follows:

$5.00 of every $35.00 Magic Tumble Bus charge is allocated for the recreational use of Magic Tumble Bus mobile facilities. Idaho State Sales Tax of 6% for recreational use is included in the $35.00 Magic Tumble Bus fee.
IMPORTANT:
Magic Tumble Bus has based its tuition on a 4-week month. During the course of the year your child will receive 3 to 5 lessons per month, which averages out to 4 classes per month. Tuition will not be prorated.
Magic Tumble Bus will be closed on the following days:
- September 1, 2008 (Labor Day)
- November 27-28, 2008 (Thanksgiving)
- December 22, 2008 - January 2, 2009 (Christmas & New Years)
- January 19, 2009 (Martin Luther King holiday)
- March 23-27, 2009 (Spring Break)
- May 25, 2009 (Memorial Day)
- July 3, 2009 (Independence Day)
- August 24-28, 2009 (Annual Bus Preparation)
Payments
All payments should be placed in the Magic Tumble Bus Mailbox at your child's center.
A portion of Magic Tumble Bus fees are taxable at the current Idaho State sales tax rate (5% as of June 1, 2006) for the recreational use of Magic Tumble Bus facilities.
Absenteeism
If your child is absent the day of the Magic Tumble Bus, full monthly tuition is still due. If the bus has mechanical problems, we will schedule a make-up class.
Refunds
As a rule, Magic Tumble Bus does not issue cash refunds. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to Magic Tumble Bus or Tumble Time Gymnastics activities.
Discontinuing
Once enrolled in plan B or C, your child will participate each week. However, you may discontinue at any time by contacting us.
Guarantee
We offer a top quality program for your children. After your first month, if you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a 100% tuition refund.
